Digital Identity preserving your likeness

Digital Identity is no longer optional

A fixed point of reference in an environment where none exists.

Within film, VFX, and digital production —
the replication of human likeness is already operational.

Faces, bodies, and performances
are captured, reproduced, and modified.

In most cases, no defined reference of the individual is established.

Without a verified baseline,
likeness becomes approximation.

Without a verified baseline,

likeness is reduced to approximation.

DIGITAL IDENTITY CONTEXT

Within film, VFX, and digital production — the replication of human likeness is already fully operational. Faces, bodies, and performances are captured, reproduced, and modified. In most cases, no defined reference of the individual exists. Without a verified baseline, likeness becomes approximation.

USAGE & CONTROL

Digital Identity remains associated with the individual. It is not transferable. It is not separable from its origin. Usage exists only within controlled frameworks, with clearly defined scope, context, and duration. It establishes a verifiable reference over time for authentic representation and derived variations.

DATA ORIGIN & OWNERSHIP

Data created within commissioned productions (film, television, games) remains under the control of the commissioning party. No transfer of rights to the individual occurs through ClonStudios. Digital Identity data created through direct application is treated separately. It remains associated with the individual and is used within structured licensing frameworks. Production-based capture and Digital Identity are distinct in origin, ownership, and use.

APPLICATION

Digital Identity is not publicly available. It is applied selectively to a defined group of individuals within film, modeling, and production contexts. Each application is reviewed individually. Access is limited. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

RIGHTS CONSIDERATION

Without a defined reference

Likeness becomes approximation. Visual identity can be altered without clear attribution. Without a verifiable baseline, distinction between original and generated content becomes uncertain.

A defined Digital Identity enables

Clear distinction between original and derived representations. Unauthorized or unverified usage can be identified. Structured licensing frameworks create control and accountability.

A Digital Identity establishes

A controlled asset linked to an identifiable individual. A timestamped reference state for validation and comparison. A foundation for usage rights, licensing, and long-term protection.
